An applicant can apply for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Certificate in three ways. i.e

| 5. | Adoption proof | Court Order/ Registered Adoption Deed | Mandatory only in case of adopted child |
| 6. | Supporting document | Self/Parent/Guardian EPIC Card | |
| 7. | ST Proof- Other State | ST Proof of either parent | Mandatory in case the parent have obtained ST proof from other State |
