Tura Civil Hospital is a 200-bedded General District hospital situated at Dermile, Tura. The hospital building was inaugurated in 1988. It caters to the needs of all five district of Garo Hills, as well as the neighboring districts of Assam.

It offers specialized care in Departments of General Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Orthopedics Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, AYUSH.

It also has OT, Blood Bank, ICU, ART Centre, NCD Clinic Laboratory, Molecular Laboratory and also offers a twenty four hours Emergency Services
